Young Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) – Foster the Leader in You
What you learn?
Young Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) fosters an aspiration and the competence to bring about positive change in your own life as well as the world around you. This programme is designed as a developmental experience to provide new perspectives and practical insights to young leaders, who demonstrate high potential and qualify for future contributions. The programme encourages participants to think beyond the confines of their own disciplines and enables them to incorporate broader strategic considerations into Management Mantras. It further helps in learning how to lead in ways that support larger organisational objectives. Our Young Leadership Development Programme (YLDP) focuses on maximising the training impact and retention and actual implementation of learned skills.
